PRINCE2® is a process based project management method that has been designed to be easily tailored and scaled. It can be applied to any project, of any size, in any organisation, in any industry or field.

Due to its flexibility, adaptability and practicality, the use of PRINCE2® has spread around the world. There are now few countries where it is not used or where the qualifications are not recognised. (See the World Map below.)

PRINCE2® is rapidly becoming the de facto project management method in Australia and is being widely used across government and commercial sectors alike.
