PRINCE2® Combined Foundation and Practitioner Course
Purpose and target audience
To provide candidates for both the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner qualifications the optimum course structure and conditions for learning.
Detailed objectives
To maximise the opportunities for participants to,
- gain a thorough understanding of the entire PRINCE2® method
- learn how to tailor and apply PRINCE2® to real life projects
- prepare for the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exams.
Duration
Four days for Foundation Candidates, plus the following morning for Practitioner Candidates.
Materials
Each candidate will receive a personal copy of the official PRINCE2® manual “Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®” and a copy of all training materials.
Course structure and approach
This is the recommended course for both Foundation and Practitioner candidates. The format provides the optimum structure and opportunities for learning and understanding the PRINCE2® method. Candidates sit the Foundation exam at the end of the fourth day and the Practitioner exam on the fifth day. Pass rates for both exams are highest with this structure and candidates report the highest satisfaction levels.
Participant numbers
The course can be conducted with any number of participants up to a maximum of sixteen.
