PRINCE2® Overview
Purpose and target audience
To provide staff who support and interface with projects, a basic understanding of the PRINCE2® method and its implication for their work.
Detailed objectives
To provide an understanding of,
- the key features and benefits of the PRINCE2® method
- the PRINCE2® method and lifecycle
- the PRINCE2® organisation structure and roles
- PRINCE2® plans and planning.
Duration
One day.
Materials
Each participant will be provided with an information pack to support the presentation.
Course structure and approach
The approach is largely one of presentation with some interaction and discussion depending on the numbers involved. Low numbers promote a higher level of interaction.

$450 plus GST ($495 inc GST)
