PRINCE2® Senior Management Seminar
Purpose and target audience
To provide senior managers with sufficient understanding of the PRINCE2® method to enable them to make informed decisions relating to PRINCE2® projects.
Detailed objectives
To provide senior management with an understanding of, and an opportunity to discuss,
- the key features and benefits of the PRINCE2® method
- senior management roles and controls
- PRINCE2® plans and planning
- cultural and change issues associated with the adoption of PRINCE2®.
Duration
One day.
Materials
Each participant will be provided with an information pack to support the seminar. (Copies of the PRINCE2® manual “Directing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®” can be provided at extra cost.)
Course structure and approach
The approach will be one of presentation followed by discussion of the issues that occur in adopting PRINCE2®.
Participant numbers
Any number can be catered for, but to promote interaction and meaningful discussion, the numbers are best kept low. The ideal number of participants is between 4 and 8 with a recommended maximum of 12.
