Terms and Conditions
Bookings
All bookings submitted are considered to be bookings for the course, exam or purchase indicated.
Each booking should include complete contact information for the individual candidate, including a user specific email address and at least one contact phone number. Where billing details are not provided, the booking is considered to be a personal booking and the candidate will be invoiced for the relevant costs. Where billing of an organisation is required, complete billing details must be provided including all indicated billing contact information.
Candidates should receive an email acknowledging their booking within 2 business days of submission. If an email is not received within that time, the candidate should email enquiries@pathfinderpm.com. If a place is not available on the course requested, candidates will be advised and given the option of rescheduling their course booking.
A Tax Invoice will be issued to the candidate or nominated billing representative once the candidate’s booking has been processed.
Booking and Invoicing Deadlines
Bookings or purchases requiring pre-payment will be held for a maximum of 14 days from the date of invoicing. If payment is not received in that time the booking or purchase and the related invoice will be cancelled.
Bookings made within 10 business days of a course commencement or examination date require immediate payment.
Payment details and terms are documented on each invoice. Payments may be made by direct funds transfer or cheque.
Direct Funds Transfer
Pathfinder Project Management bank account details are shown on the invoice.
To allow a Direct Funds Transfer to be matched to your invoice, a remittance advice providing payment details (including bank receipt number), Pathfinder invoice number and course dates, must be emailed to enquiries@pathfinderpm.com or faxed to (02) 8569 1377.
Cheque Payments
Please make all cheques payable to Pathfinder Project Management Pty Ltd and forward to:

Please include details of the invoice number and course date with all cheque payments.
Venue location and logistics
Approximately 10 business days prior to the commencement date of the course or exam being attended, Pathfinder will send candidates an email advising venue details and attendance arrangements. Candidates are required to acknowledge receipt of this email and advise us of any special dietary or access requirements.
Deferrals, Substitutions and Cancellations
If a candidate cannot attend a booked course or examination, it is the candidate’s responsibility to advise Pathfinder Project Management by email as soon as possible.
Failure to respond to course emails or other correspondence from Pathfinder does not constitute notice of a cancellation or deferral.
Substitutes are welcome on courses (at no additional charge) if eligible to attend and notice is provided. Please advise us of all relevant substitute details.
Deferral notices must include a new nominated date from the available course and exam dates shown on the Pathfinder website and will be considered confirmed dates from the time the deferral is approved and a confirmation email sent.
In the case of a Deferral where the invoice has not been paid, candidates may choose to nominate a new course or examination date and pay their invoice within the original terms. Otherwise the booking and associated invoice will be cancelled.
Cancellation or Deferral of a course or examination booking will incur a fee as follows:
- Notification on or later than 10 business days prior to course commencement or examination date – 20% of total fee
- Notification on or later than 5 business days prior to course commencement or examination date – 50% of total fee
- Notification within 1 business day of course commencement or examination date – 100% of total fee
Cancellation or Change of Date by Pathfinder Project Management
If Pathfinder cancels or changes a date or time of a course or examination for any reason, participants will be notified as early as possible, and in the case of a cancellation, Pathfinder will endeavour to place participants on alternative suitable courses or examinations. Pathfinder Project Management accepts no liability for course or examination changes or cancellations beyond full refund of any paid fees (exam component only if an examination only cancellation).
